GrooveScope is a Chrome extension that renders audio waveforms beneath YouTube and Samplette videos, providing interactive playback controls designed to help DJs, producers, and beatmakers find samples more efficiently.

3. License and Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GrooveScope for personal or professional use. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Service
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, or lend the Service to third parties
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

4. Free Trial and Payment

GrooveScope may offer a free trial period. After the trial, continued use requires a paid license. Pricing and payment terms are displayed at the time of purchase. All payments are processed by our third-party payment provider.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights, are and remain the property of GrooveScope. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
